Terms of Service

These terms set the rules for using FinTrack and describe our shared responsibilities.

Last updated July 19, 2026

Key points

  • You retain ownership of the data you enter in FinTrack.
  • Reports should be reviewed before submission to ATK or third parties.
  • Email integrations act only under your authorization.

1. Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using FinTrack, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you act for a company, you represent that you are authorized to bind that company to these terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into an agreement.

2. The FinTrack service

FinTrack provides tools for invoicing, income and expense records, contact and employee management, documents, financial and tax reports, and email integrations. Features may change or depend on your plan.

We may improve, modify, or discontinue a feature, with reasonable notice where a change is material.

3. Accounts and security

You must provide accurate information, protect credentials, and control user access to your tenant. You are responsible for activity performed by accounts you authorize.

Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We may require extra verification or temporarily restrict access to protect the account and platform.

4. Your data and content

You retain ownership of data and documents you enter in FinTrack. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store, process, display, and transmit them to provide and secure the service.

You are responsible for having a lawful basis and authorization to enter personal or confidential data about clients, suppliers, and employees, and for its accuracy.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use FinTrack for unlawful activity, fraud, spam, infringement, malware distribution, security circumvention, unauthorized testing, or deliberate overloading of the platform.

You may not resell, copy, decompile, or exploit the service beyond rights expressly granted, except where mandatory law permits it.

6. Gmail, SMTP, and email delivery

When you connect Gmail or SMTP, you authorize us to use that connection for messages you initiate or schedule from FinTrack. You are responsible for recipients, content, lawful basis, and compliance with anti-spam rules.

You may disconnect an integration at any time. Google and SMTP providers have their own terms and may restrict or end access independently of FinTrack.

7. Financial and tax reports

FinTrack is a software tool and does not replace an accountant, tax adviser, or lawyer. Calculations and exports depend on the data and settings you provide.

You must review invoices, books, declarations, and reports before using or submitting them to ATK, banks, or third parties. You remain responsible for deadlines, classifications, tax rates, and your business's legal compliance.

Consult a qualified professional when you are uncertain about tax or accounting treatment.

8. Plans, payments, and taxes

Some features may be offered through a trial or subscription. Price, billing cycle, and plan features are shown before purchase. Unless law or the offer states otherwise, paid fees are non-refundable for the period used.

You are responsible for accurate billing information and taxes related to your purchase. You may cancel renewal using the options available in your account.

9. Availability and third-party services

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, incidents, internet connectivity, and external providers may affect availability.

Integrations with Google, email, hosting, banks, or other services depend on third parties. FinTrack does not control their changes, outages, or terms.

10. Suspension and termination

You may stop using FinTrack and request account closure. We may suspend or terminate access for a serious breach, security risk, non-payment, or legal requirement, with notice where reasonable.

Export data you need before closure. After termination, information is handled according to the Privacy Policy and legal obligations.

11. Warranties, liability, law, and contact

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" to the extent permitted by law. FinTrack does not warrant that every report is suitable for every business situation or specific legal requirement.

To the extent permitted by law, FinTrack is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or losses caused by inaccurate user input, professional decisions, or third-party services. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kosovo. Before formal proceedings, the parties will try to resolve disputes in good faith. Questions may be sent to support@fintrack.com.
